Cancellation Policy

SHOULD YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a minimum $25 fee. Appointments that are missed, neglected to give notice (No Call, No Show) will result in a charge of $25 or 1/2 the value of the scheduled appointment, whichever is greater. Only (1) (ex. Groupon/ Living Social) voucher can be redeemed per person every 60 days. LATE TO APPOINTMENT POLICY If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to work you into the next available time but other clients who have arrived on time for their appointments will take priority and go first. One or two late clients cause the entire daily schedule to fall behind. This is an inconvenience to everyone. We strive to see every client as close to their appointment time as possible. We ask that you please be courteous of your fellow clients' valuable time, as well as the staff’s schedule. The staff, as well as your fellow clients will thank you. A client is considered late when he or she arrives anytime after their scheduled appointment time. There is a maximum of 10 minute grace period subject to a minimum $10 fee. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are unable to let us know at least 12 hours in advance that you want to cancel an appointment, you will be considered a “No Show.” (Note that if you are considered a “No Show” for 3 times you will be banned from scheduling appointments online until all fees are paid in full.)
